Passionate about technology, live events, and travel, James is an event producer and technology specialist with a wealth of experience. With a career spanning over 15 years, he has successfully produced and supported hundreds of events worldwide. From in-person gatherings to hybrid and virtual meetings, James is dedicated to delivering seamless and impactful experiences across diverse industries.
Mark started his career in event production before moving into the world of event technology. With a great all round knowledge of anything event AV, he has supported many investigator meetings, symposia, advisory boards, and multi sponsor masterclasses, working with agencies such as IQVIA, Oxford Pharmagenesis, and Elements Communications.
During the start of the COVID-19 pandemic Event Squared was born. Mark Halley,
James Bayes and Tim Redman were all working for a range of clients across a broad spectrum
of projects. After all working together in previous walks of life they saw a gap to help their existing clients and combine the power
of 3 minds to give the best possible experiences to their growing client pool.
Already working with a range of freelancers to extend their capacity it was clear that
Event Squared was only heading for growth. 2 very successful years and a combined experience of over 30 years ensured the team was
well suited to poviding excellent service and great results for their clients.
By their 3rd year they had taken on enough work and were well trusted in the events industry.
This is when their first expansion into a full service events company came about. Hiring James Fawcett who brought a wealth of technical events experience as well
as CVENT knowledge. James had worked with the team at Event Squared for many years and so it was a natural transition and a reunion of great minds and professionals
ready to tackle new and exciting projects.
Now over 3 years later the team of 4 are able to work across a huge variety of projects from online webinars and streaming through
to on site production work. Investing in the latest technology and on site tools to ensure a smooth delivery has always been at the forefront Event Squared's motto.
